Your first visit to AC Orthodontics is a free consultation with Dr. Chhibber. He will examine your teeth and bite, take a quick 3D scan, and explain what he finds without the jargon. If early treatment is on the table, he will tell you what it would involve and when the right time to start would be. Feel free to bring questions; there is always time for them!
You will leave with a clear picture of your options, a realistic timeline, and a straightforward cost estimate. Our team can go over your insurance coverage and payment plan options while you are still in the office. If Dr. Chhibber does not think treatment is needed yet, he will tell you that and set a time to check back.
Insurance & Financing
AC Orthodontics accepts most major dental insurance at both the Westlake and Norwalk offices, and we bill your plan directly so you are only responsible for your portion. Orthodontic benefits vary from plan to plan, so our team will verify your coverage and give you a clear breakdown of what insurance pays and what it does not before treatment begins.
AC Orthodontics also offers flexible payment plans with no initial payment required and monthly installments built around a real family budget. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Dr. Chhibber does not want cost to be the reason a patient goes without care, so our team will work with you to find an arrangement that fits.
